The eLED gives you about 5 hours of runtime on four AA alkaline (LR6) batteries. You can find them almost anywhere, so replacing them is easy.

Glove-Friendly Rear Push-Button Switch

A push-button switch at the rear of the light is easy to find and press with gloves on, so you can turn it on one-handed.
